Founded in 2013 by local partners, Brick & Brew continues to grow from our humble beginnings on Darby Road. Each restaurant is loosely based on the Prohibition Era, while incorporating local charm from the communities we serve.   

 

Since inception, Brick & Brew has received many industry accolades, consistently recognized for award-winning handcrafted cocktails with an eclectic interpretation of the gastropub classics. Our chefs collaborate daily on new ideas, allowing their diverse backgrounds to pursue an uncommon approach to menu design… this translates to some of the tastiest palate pleasers in the area. We continue to evolve, never resting on yesterday’s success.
